RESOLUTION NO. 2017-695
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTIES LISTED ON EXHIBIT A,
AND AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK
COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments listed on attached Exhibit"A", are hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August 2017.
