RESOLUTION NO. 2017-710
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN KWIK TRIP, INC. OF LACROSSE, WISCONSIN
AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF 2010
WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2017-302.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WA 1ERLOO, IOWA,
the Development Agreement dated August 28, 2017, between Kwik Trip, Inc. of LaCrosse,
Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the for the development of property located west
of 2010 West Ridgeway Avenue is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2017-302 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August 2017.

RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH LK HOLDINGS
WATERLOO, LLC TO CORRECT THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Amendment to Development Agreement dated August 28, 2017, between LK Waterloo,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale of property located at 200 West 4th Street to
correct the legal description, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
