RESOLUTION NO. 2017-702
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 SIDEWALK REPAIR
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM ZONE 7, CONTRACT NO. 931.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program Zone 7, Contract No. 931,
and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program Zone 7, Contract No. 931,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice,was held on August 28th, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2018 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program Zone 7, Contract No. 931, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August 2017.
