RESOLUTION REJECTING THE BID FROM VIETH
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $189,214.30, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
FY 2018 ADA BUS STOPS - PHASE I, CONTRACT NO. 937.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the recommendation to reject the bid of Vieth Construction Corporation of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, in the amount of$189,214.30, in conjunction with FY 2018 ADA Bus Stops — Phase 1,
Contract No. 937, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August 2017.
