RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AMENT, INC. OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA, IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE OF
$81,965, FOR SERVICES RELATED TO THE FY 2018
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT
NO. 942, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 24, 2017, between Ament, Inc. and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $81,965, for services related to the FY 2018
Ansborough Avenue Improvements, Contract No. 942, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
