Moved by Hart, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Seven.
Motion carried.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Cole that request for authorization to begin the recruitment process
for request from the Public Works Director for authorization to begin the recruitment process for
Administrative Secretary for Sanitation and make an appointment, be approved. Ayes: Seven.
Motion carried.
Mark Rice, Public Works Director, explained the necessity of this position.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Hart, seconded by Schmitt that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:05 p.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
