RESOLUTION NO. 2015-391
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF HEARTLAND
ACRES TO HOLD A TRACTOR RIDE ON JUNE 13, 2015.
WHEREAS, Heartland Acres has requested that they be allowed
to hold a Tractor Ride on June 13, 2015, together with the
approval of the Director of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 10 : 30 a.m. and end at 1: 30
p.m. , with a route traveling east on Franklin Street, across Park
Avenue Bridge and on Commercial Street to the John Deere Museum.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Heartland Acres to hold a
Tractor Ride on June 13, 2015 beginning at 10 : 30 a.m. , and end at
1 : 30 p.m. with a route traveling east on Franklin Street, across
Park Avenue Bridge and on Commercial Street to the John Deere
Museum, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of June, 2015 .
