RESOLUTION NO. 2015-393
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CASEY' S PUB, 1125
W. DONALD STREET, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated June 1, 2015,
to serve a 30-day suspension of retail cigarette permit, in
conjunction with settlement of violation of tobacco laws, for
sale of tobacco to minor violation-2nd offense, by and between
Casey' s Pub, 1125 W. Donald Street, Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
