RESOLUTION NO. 2015-396
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK PERFORMED BY
FAILOR-HURLEY CONSTRUCTION OF WATERLOO, IOWA AT A
TOTAL COST OF $99, 511, IN CONJUNCTION WITH 2014
BYRNES TENNIS CENTER RESTROOM PROJECT.
WHEREAS Failor-Hurley Construction, of Waterloo, Iowa,
performed work on the 2014 Byrnes Park Tennis Center Restroom
Project, and
WHEREAS, Failor-Hurley Construction has completed the
aforementioned project in accordance with the project plans and
specifications .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the completion of project and acceptance of work performed
by Failor-Hurley Construction, of Waterloo, Iowa, on the 2014
Byrnes Park Tennis Center Restroom Project be hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June 2015 .
