RESOLUTION NO. 2015-397
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES TO APPROVE THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2012 DOPPSTADT TM 720 TROMMEL
SCREEN FROM ARING EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF BUTLER, WI,
TO SUPPORT OPERATIONS AT THE CITY YARD WASTE SITE
IN THE AMOUNT OF $214, 500 WITHOUT TAKING BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the purchase order dated June 1, 2015, to allow for the
exception of the of purchasing procedures to approve the purchase
of one (1) 2012 Doppstadt TM 720 Trommel screen from Aring
Equipment Company of Butler, WI, to support operations at the
city yard waste site in the amount of $214, 500 without taking
bids, be hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of June 2015 .
