RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO B&B
BUILDERS AND SUPPLY, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $249, 787 . 72, APPROVING THE CONTRACT
BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, FOR THE F. Y.
2015 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM — ZONE 5 AND TRAIL
REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 878, AND THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the contract, bonds, and certificate of insurance with B&B
Builders and Supply, of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$249, 787 . 72, in conjunction with the F. Y. 2015 Sidewalk Repair
Program — Zone 5 and Trail Repairs, Contract no. 878, described
in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project in Resolution No. 2015-375, after public
hearing on May 26, 2015 on published notice required by law, be
and is hereby accepted, by the same being the lowest bid received
for said work, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed
to execute said contract .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of June 2015 .
