RESOLUTION NO. 2015-401
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG) IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$2, 000 FOR THE WRITING, PREPARATION, AND SUBMITTAL
FOR EXTENSION OF HIGHWAY 63 RECREATIONAL TRAIL
APPLICATION FOR STATE RECREATIONAL TRAIL FUNDS;
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated June 1, 2015, in an
amount not to exceed $2, 000 for the writing, preparation, and
submittal for Extension of Highway 63 Recreational Trail
Application for State Recreational Trail Funds, by and between
INRCOG of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day o June 2015 .
