RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTON 11-3-2 PRELIMINARY PLATS AND SECTION 11-3-3
FINAL PLATS, RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MINOR
PLAT OF SURVEY OF PARCEL N LOCATED NORTH OF 233-
235 FISHER DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 11-3-2 Preliminary Plats and Section 11-3-3
Final Plats, relating to the approval of Minor Plat of Survey of
Parcel N located North of 233-235 Fisher Drive, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of June 2015 .
