RESOLUTION NO. 2015-406
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY SETH
GREEN FOR THE MINOR PLAT OF SURVEY OF PARCEL
N LOCATED NORTH OF 233-235 FISHER DRIVE AND
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, on the 1St day of June 2015, at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa the Minor Plat
of Survey of Parcel N, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
generally located north of 233-235 Fisher Drive, and necessary
documents, were presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been previously submitted to
and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming,
and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been considered and should
receive approval of this Council, and
WHEREAS, said necessary documents include a contract for
improvements, dated June 1, 2015, between Seth Green and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the completion of Fisher
Drive, with half of the construction costs paid for by the
property owner and half by the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Minor Plat of Survey of Parcel N, generally
located north of 233-235 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, and necessary documents, are hereby approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
certify and affix their signatures to said resolution on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day June 2015 .
