RESOLUTION NO. 2015-408
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AGREEMENT WITH JDE
ENGINEERING FOR THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL
PLATTING, SOIL INVESTIGATION, AND SANITARY SEWER
DESIGN OF A 14 ACRE LAND PARCEL ACQUIRED BY THE
CITY OF WATERLOO ALONG WAGNER ROAD, FOR UP TO
$39, 500, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract dated June 1, 2015, between JDE
Engineering of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
for preliminary and final platting, soil investigation, and
sanitary sewer design, to develop 6 lots in a 14 acre land parcel
acquired by the City of Waterloo, be hereby approved and the
Mayor is hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
