RESOLUTION DEDICATING A 10 ' WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT
ALONG THE NORTHERLY, WESTERLY, AND SOUTHERLY SIDES
OF PARCEL "N", GENERALLY LOCATED 50 ' WEST OF LOT 3
OF TOWER PARK PLAT NO. 5, NORTH OF 233-235 FISHER
DRIVE TO HURST HOLDING COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
A 10 . 00 ' wide public utility easement in parcel "N" located
in the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of section 9,
township 88 north, range 13 west of the 5th P.M. , City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. More particularly
described as follows : The north 10 . 00 ' , the south 10 . 00 ' ,
and the west 10 . 00 ' of parcel "N" located in the northwest
1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of said section 9 . Public Utility
easement contains 0 . 09 Acres .
be and the same is hereby dedicated on property located along the
northerly, westerly, and southerly sides of Parcel "N", generally
located 50' west of Lot 3 of Tower Park Plat No. 5, north of 233-
235 Fisher Drive, for the purpose of constructing utility
extensions, with said extensions serving current and future
developments in the area, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2015 .
