RESOLUTION NO. 2015-415
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF MY WATERLOO
DAYS COMMITTEE TO HOLD MY WATERLOO DAYS
FESTIVAL FROM JUNE 11-14, 2015 .
WHEREAS, the My Waterloo Days Committee has requested that
they be allowed to hold the My Waterloo Days festival from June
11-14, 2015, including street closures and noise variances,
together with the approval of the Director of Safety Services,
and
WHEREAS, said festival will be held at Lincoln Park, with a
parade route traveling from Park and Bluff north on Park Avenue
to Mulberry, east on Mulberry to E. 5th, E. 5th south to Bluff and
Bluff to Park Avenue, including street closures and barricades .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the My Waterloo Days
Committee to hold the My Waterloo Days festival from June 11-14,
2015 at Lincoln Park, including street closures and barricades,
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 2015 .
