RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ADDENDUM TO THE PURCHASE
AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY AT 718 KERN STREET
FROM WELLS FARGO TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE TO
JUNE 26, 2015 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Addendum to the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated
May 11, 2015, between Wells Fargo and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
to extend the closing date to June 26, 2015 for property located
at 718 Kern Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is directed
to execute said addendum on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2015 .
