RESOLUTION APPROVING A FARM LEASE BETWEEN MICHAEL
COOK AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO TO FARM
APPROXIMATELY 20 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED
EAST OF WCF&N DRIVE SOUTH OF AIRLINE HIGHWAY AT
$90 PER ACRE FOR A TOTAL YEARLY PAYMENT OF $1, 800,
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Farm Lease Agreement dated June 8, 2015, between
Michael Cook and the City of Waterloo to farm approximately 20
acres of land generally located east of WCF&N Drive south of
Airline Highway at $90 per acre for a total yearly payment of
$1, 800, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2015 .
