RESOLUTION NO. 2015-438
RESOLUTION APPROVING A FARM LEASE BETWEEN WENDELL
LUPKES AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO TO FARM
APPROXIMATELY 19 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED
NEAR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF WEST 4TH STREET AND
WEST SHAULIS ROAD AT $250 PER ACRE FOR A TOTAL
YEARLY PAYMENT OF $4, 750, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK EXECUTE DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Farm Lease Agreement dated June 8, 2015, between
Wendell Lupkes and the City of Waterloo to farm approximately 19
acres of land generally located near the northwest corner of West
4th Street and West Shaulis Road at $250 per acre for a total
yearly payment of $4, 750, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said agreement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2015.
