RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION OF
A STORM WATER DISCHARGE COVERED UNDER THE IOWA
NPDES GENERAL PERMIT NO. 2 FOR CONSTRUCTION
ACTIVITIES WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2014
TREATMENT PLANT LEVEE TREE REMOVAL, CONTRACT NO.
868, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Discontinuation of a Storm Water Discharge
covered under the Iowa NPDES General Permit No. 2 for
construction activities dated June 8, 2015, in conjunction with
the FY 2014 Treatment Plant Levee Tree Removal, Contract No. 868,
by and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2015 .
