RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES TO APPROVE THE
PURCHASE OF- LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION TO
SUPPORT REPUBLIC PARKING IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF
PARKING IN WATERLOO IN THE AMOUNT OF $55, 000
WITHOUT TAKING OF BIDS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the purchase order dated June 8, 2015, to allow for the
exception of the of purchasing procedures to approve the purchase
of License Plate Recognition to support Republic Parking in
the enforcement of Parking in Waterloo in the amount of $55, 000
without taking of bids, be hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2015 .
