RESOLUTION NO. 2015-444
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EARLY ACCESS AGREEMENT
WITH CON AGRA PACKAGED FOODS TO UTILIZE THE
PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF 2701 MIDPORT BOULEVARD
FOR SURVEY WORK AND EARTH MOVING ACTIVITIES, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND
FULLY EXECUTE THE DOCUMENT .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated June 8, 2015, between Con
Agra Foods Packaged Foods Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
to utilize the property located east of 2701 MidPort Boulevard
for survey work and pre-construction activities, be hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2015 .
