The Finance Committee of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session via email on
Friday, October 4, 2013. Roll Call: Cole, Hart. Absent: Schmitt.

that the Agenda, as proposed, for the Special Session on Friday, October 4,
2013, be accepted and approved. Vote -Ayes: Two. Motion carried.

Moved by Cole, seconded by Hart that the request for the following pre -
authorizations to expend over $1,000.00, be approved:

$2,666.00
One-third of the cost of the Jeff Speck & Associates presentation and
project to be funded with hotel/motel discretionary funds
Vote -Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
