RESOLUTION NO. 2017-729
RESOLUTION RE-SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
SEPTEMBER 18, 2017 TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO
THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DOWNTOWN
WATERLOO RIVERFRONT URBAN RENEWAL AND
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL
PROJECTS AND UPDATE RELATED FINANCIAL
INFORMATION, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of September 2017,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an amendment to the Amended and Restated
Downtown Waterloo Riverfront Urban Renewal and Redevelopment Plan, to include additional
projects and update related financial information.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
