RESOLUTION NO. 2017-735
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) FORD
F250 CREW CAB TRUCK FOR WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Fire Chief of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) Ford F250 Crew Cab truck for Waterloo Fire Rescue,
and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) Ford F250 Crew Cab truck for Waterloo Fire Rescue,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 5, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of one(1) Ford F250 Crew Cab truck for Waterloo Fire Rescue, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 2017.
