RESOLUTION NO. 2017-736
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) FORD
F250 CREW CAB TRUCK FOR WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2017-735, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
purchase of one (1) Ford F250 Crew Cab truck for Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 2017.
