RESOLUTION NO. 2017-739
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE NO. 6 DIGESTER ROOF
REHABILITATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 939.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Fire Chief of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the No. 6 Digester Roof Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 939, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with No. 6 Digester Roof Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 939, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 5, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the No.
6 Digester Roof Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 939, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 2017.
