RESOLUTION NO. 2017-744
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH KWIK TRIP, INC. OF LACROSSE,
WISCONSIN, ALLOWING USE OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
FOR A COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the right-of-way license agreement between Kwik Trip, Inc. of LaCrosse, Wisconsin and the City
of Waterloo in the City right-of-way along Ansborough Avenue and crossing Fisher Drive for a
communication system, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5t' day of September 2017.
