RESOLUTION NO. 2017-748
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WIRELESS MOBILE COLUMN
EQUIPMENT LIFTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, form of contract,
etc. in conjunction with the Wireless Mobile Column Equipment Lifts Project, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Wireless Mobile Column Equipment Lifts Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 11, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Wireless
Mobile Column Equipment Lifts Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of September 2017.
