RESOLUTION NO. 2017-751
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY OF WATERLOO PUBLIC
WORKS FACILITY JANITORIAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the City of Waterloo Public Works Facility Janitorial Services,
and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file saidlans, specifications,ecifications, form

of contract, etc. in conjunction with the City of Waterloo Public Works Facility Janitorial
Services, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice,was held on September 11, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the City
of Waterloo Public Works Facility Janitorial Services, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11''day of September 2017.
