RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY OF WATERLOO PUBLIC
WORKS FACILITY JANITORIAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS b Resolution 201 -7 1 1 specifications,7 5 plans, s ec cat ons form of contract etc. for the
Y � p � p ,
City of Waterloo Public Works Facility Janitorial Services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of September 2017.
