RESOLUTION NO. 2017-758
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
MAIN STREET WATERLOO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2018 IN
THE AMOUNT OF $40,000, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 11, 2017, between Main Street
Waterloo and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $40,000, for the Fiscal year
2018, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of September 2017.
