serving the above-described property, and restrictions imposed by city zoning ordinances and other
applicable law.
Grantor is an Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.

Southeasterly from the most Northerly corner of said Lot 8; thence Northeasterly along a line drawn
at right angles to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 8, 60 feet; thence Southeasterly along a line that
is parallel with the Northeasterly line of said Lot 8 to the West line of East Fourth Street; thence South
