RESOLUTION NO. 2017-764
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS OCTOBER 5, 2017,
AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS OCTOBER 9, 2017,
FOR THE 2017 TREE REMOVAL PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2017 Tree Removal Project, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the 2017 Tree Removal Project, be
scheduled for October 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 9t' day of October
2017, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the 2017 Tree Removal Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
