RESOLUTION NO. 2017-766
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
SIDEWALK ASSESSMENT FOR 1700 HAWTHORNE
AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $144.55, AND 1107 PATTON
AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $416.29, AND AUTHORIZE
CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY
TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments for 1700 Hawthorne Avenue in the amount of $144.55, and 1107 Patton
Avenue in the amount of$416.29, are hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
