RESOLUTION NO. 2017-777
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,800, FOR
THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECTS CONTAINED IN THE
FY 2018 IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
COMMERCIAL SERVICE VERTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
GRANT DOCUMENT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 18, 2017,between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$10,800, in conjunction with the
completion of the projects contained in the FY 2018 Iowa Department of Transportation
Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure grant document, is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18'h day of September 2017.
