RESOLUTION NO. 2017-779
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN RITE
ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE
CITY OF WATERLOO'S SANITATION AND RECYCLING
SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS, WITH A
3% YEARLY RATE INCREASE AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,that the
contract dated September 18, 2017, between Rite Environmental, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, for the City of Waterloo's Sanitation and Recycling Services for a period of three
(3) years, with a 3% yearly rate increase, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September 2017.
