RESOLUTION NO. 2017-780
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH LK HOLDINGS WATERLOO, LLC TO
ALLOW THEM TO MAKE REPAIRS TO THE CONVENTION
CENTER PRIOR TO THE FINAL CLOSING DATE AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,that the
Early Access Agreement dated September 18, 2017 between LK Holdings Waterloo, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, to allow LK Holdings Waterloo, LLC to make repairs to the Convention Center
prior to the final closing date, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September 2017.
