RESOLUTION NO. 2017-781
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH RYAN COMPANIES US, INC., TO
ALLOW EARTH EXPLORATION AND MOVING ACTIVITIES
IN PREPARATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE WEST
OF THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,that the
Early Access Agreement dated September 18, 2017 between Ryan Companies US,Inc. and the City
of Waterloo, to allow earth exploration and moving activities in preparation of development of the
site west of the Northeast Industrial Park is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18'"day of September 2017.
