RESOLUTION NO. 2017-790
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 WATERLOO
BOATHOUSE ENHANCEMENTS CONTRACT NO. 940.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. in conjunction with the FY 2018 Waterloo Boathouse Enhancements Contract No. 940, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2018 Waterloo Boathouse Enhancements Contract No.
940, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on September 25, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2018 Waterloo Boathouse Enhancements Contract No. 940, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September 2017.
