RESOLUTION NO. 2017-791
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 WATERLOO
BOATHOUSE ENHANCEMENTS CONTRACT NO. 940.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-790, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
the FY 2018 Waterloo Boathouse Enhancements Contract No. 940, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO IOWA that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September 2017.
