RESOLUTION NO. 2017-814
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT WITH
CRYSTAL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND THE IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY FOR HIGH QUALITY JOBS PROGRAM-TAX
CREDIT COMPONENT INCENTIVES, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated October 2, 2017, between Crystal Distribution Services, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, the Iowa Economic Development Authority and the City of Waterloo, for High Quality Jobs
Program-Tax Credit Component incentives, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2017.
