RESOLUTION NO. 2017-817
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR A
NET INCREASE OF $7,000.00 FOR THE FY 2017 LEVEE
TREE CLEARING - CEDAR RIVER (NORTHEAST),
CONTRACT NO. 908, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Change Order No. 1 dated October 2, 2017 for a net increase of$7,000.00, in conjunction with
the FY 2017 Levee Tree Clearing - Cedar River (Northeast), Contract No. 908, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2017.
