RESOLUTION NO. 2017-818
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY TWIN CITY TREE SERVICE,
LLC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$241,001.58, FOR THE FY 2017 LEVEE TREE CLEARING -
CEDAR RIVER(NORTHEAST), CONTRACT NO. 908.
WHEREAS, Twin City Tree Service, LLC. of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Levee Tree Clearing - Cedar River (Northeast), Contract No. 908,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Twin City Tree Service, LLC, has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$241,001.58.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Twin City Tree Service, LLC., in the amount of $241,001.58, in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Levee Tree Clearing - Cedar River (Northeast), Contract No. 908,
are hereby approved, and the one (1)year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2017.
