RESOLUTION NO. 2017-821
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH HY-VEE,
INC., FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4000 UNIVERSITY
AVENUE, IN RELATION TO THE FY 2017 STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 921, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement, dated October 2, 2017, between Hy-Vee,
Inc. and the City of Waterloo, in in relation to the FY 2017 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 921, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
