I live at 1629 Ackermant Street. The topic is the remaining debri at Logan Plaza. COMMENT: The demolition project at the former Logan Plaza took place several weeks ago. The debri still remains. The accumulated rock fragments are not only an eyesore but also a breeding ground for rodents, and a hazardous, environment for children. There seems to be an unwritten law that "developers" can begin demolition projects on Waterloo's east side and complete them whenever their schedules and/or budgets allow. We have enough image problems on this side of town without any additional negatives. Code Enforcement needs to act on this situation immediately. Thank you.
