Review Criteria
1. Project. Complete renovation of the exterior. Renovations to the office and warehouse.
Attached are plan renderings. Estimate $100,000 in costs if 1 perform the work and $200,000 if I have to
have a third party perform the work.
2. Timeline. Completion within six (6) months after acquisition, weather permitting.
3. Financing. Self -financed. If proof of financing is required, letters can be received from my
financial institution.
4. Other factors involved. None.
5. Proposed use. Office and warehouse.
6. Traffic flow. No intent to change.
7. Economic impact considerations. Approximately ten (10) jobs will be located at the project site.
8. Price. $198,000.
