Background Information:
We are proposing the solicitation of a local company that can provide refuse
collection for all residential Code Enforcement clean ups. The company
would need to be a reputable company that would be licensed and bonded.
The company would also be obligated to refurbish as much of the refuse
and possibly prevent unnecessary items from going to the landfill.
Will be discussed at work session
Will be discussed at work session.
Currently the Sanitation Department conducts all residential Code
Enforcement clean ups. with all of the duties that the Sanitation Department
is responsible for, it has been proven that it is very difficult to stay up to date
with these clean ups.
