4001 This deduction is related the patching repairs to cover footprints found in the new
concrete trail after the concrete subcontractor had covered the fresh concrete, set
barricades, and left the job site. Patches were made Spring 2017. The trail is useable
and the patches present no physical issue, but are noticeable.
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
